• Personal Identifiable Information (PII): user name, address, photographs
• Precise Location Data: collected via GPS, Wi-Fi, cell towers, and sensors (gyroscope, accelerometer, compass) to optimize assignments and track delivery progress
• Log Data: IP address, device name, OS version, configuration, timestamps—used for error diagnosis and debugging

These data are used to provide and improve the app, assign delivery tasks, and fix issues.

• All data transmissions protected with SSL/TLS encryption
• Passwords stored hashed using bcrypt with 11 stretches

📅 Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as follows:

• Production data: up to 2 years
• Backups: additional 10 years

You may request data modification or deletion by emailing [email protected]. Account deletion requests can also be made via email or within the app itself.

This service is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13, and any data received in error is promptly deleted.
